MULTI SKILLS

KS1 Multi Skills Hub Finalists

300 students from 29 schools attended this year’s KS1 multi skills event. The

competitions were hosted by 7 secondary school hub sites. The feedback from

schools about our secondary sports leaders was fantastic and they are a credit

to each school and their PE staff, such competitions could not run without the

help and support from our secondaries.

The following schools will be battling it out at the Wolverhampton finals at

Aldersley Leisure Village late March where the top 3 schools will onto to

represent Wolverhampton at the Black Country Games.

The finalists are as follows;

Wolverhampton Multi Skills Finals

What a brilliant event. The top 8 qualifiers from our multi skills hub sites

participated in the finals at Aldersley Leisure Village to see which 3 schools will

go onto represent Wolverhampton in the Black Country Games this summer.

All 8 schools and 79 students from years 1 and 2 conducted themselves

brilliantly, working hard in all 8 stations to battle for victory. There were some

challenging stations but they were not phrased and put effort into all they did.

The schools were all supportive of each other and it was a lovelt afternoon of

competition. The leaders from Our Lady and St Chad were again fabulous and

running the show, many compliments were given to our young leaders for

their professionalism, attitude and enthusiasm shown to the year 1-2 students.
