In the mixed football leagues the winners were:

These teams went into the City Championship Play off Quarter Finals.

In the semi Finals the results were:

The Final between Wolverhampton Grammar and St Anthony’s RC was one of the best finals for a number of years with Wolverhampton Grammar taking the game into extra time with a goal 10 seconds from the final whistle. In extra time Wolverhampton Grammar scored the decisive goal to become City Champions for this season.

Girls’ Football 2022-23

In the Girls’ League the winners were

League 1 - Perry Hall

League 2 - Bilston CE

League 3- Oak Meadow

League 4 - Uplands.

The semi finals of the City Championship were

Perry Hall 0 Uplands 6

Bilston 2 Oak Meadow 1

In the Final between Uplands and Bilston an exciting game saw Uplands emerge victorious 6-3 to retain their City Championship Title for the second consecutive year

The Tony McGinn Trophy

64 year 3/4 students took part in the Tony McGinn Cup at Aldersley Leisure Village. The atmosphere was very sporting and respectful, the children were lovely to be around, they all seemed to enjoy the event. There were some great competitive games of football. The young referees from OLSC were superb, this was only their third tournament to officiate and they did a great job.
